A Great Taste of Grampian!

John and Alan had a great day launching our new packaging at this year’s Taste of Grampian.

Celebrity chef James Martin popped by to have a look and was very impressed with what he saw and of course the Sutherlands of Portsoy Tote bag he received filled with a selection of our award winning smoked fish!

Whilst at the show John and Alan cooked up a storm in both the Seafood Kitchen and the Outside Arena demonstrating to packed audiences such delicacies as Posh Kedgeree using our Hot Smoked Salmon, a take on the breakfast classic scrambled eggs and smoked salmon with cherry tomatoes and pan fried turbot with scallops and langoustine.
